The main level has everything you need to settle in and feel at home, including a private bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom with a tub/shower, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with Smart TV, and washer and dryer. The open layout makes it easy to cook, eat and spend time together without feeling crowded.
A favorite spot is the large sunroom, with an additional dining table, sitting area and pull-out sofa. It’s a bright, comfortable space to spread out, enjoy your morning coffee and catch the sunrise before the day gets started.

Upstairs
The upper level offers a flexible, open sleeping arrangement with a queen bed on one side and a full and twin bed on the other, comfortably accommodating a mix of adults and children. Privacy partitions help define the sleeping areas and provide added separation when needed.
A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is also located upstairs, making this level a convenient setup for families or groups sharing the space.
Take it Outside
Pull up a lawn chair, relax on the patio and take in the views of the Colorado River while dinner’s on the grill. With plenty of space to spread out, Long Riffle is just as well suited for gathering and entertaining outdoors as it is for relaxing inside. Just don’t forget the bug spray!
